I have lost my password, how to retrieve it?
Go to login page and use forgotten password link to reset your password.
I never got the confirmation email, after filling in the registration form.
Please first check your email spam folder; else, click on the link to resend the email again.

My currency or location time is wrong.
Please login and go to 'My Profile' page and check if you have selected the right country and timezone. Correct it, save and logout and then log back in. This should sort out any country or currency related issue.
